It Finally Happened

It took months of drooling and chewing on everything that he could get into his mouth. There were sleepless nights and painfull days that were saved by the magic of Tylenol. But it is there hidden behind that smile. You can't see it but Caedan FINALLY got his first tooth. His second one is not far behind!

Little Si

Lessons learned while hiking:

1. Little Si is a very popular and crowed hiking trail.

2. If Robert says that the trail is only 3 miles round trip and 700 vertical feet you should verify this before you go.
(Little Si is actually 5 miles round trip and 1,200 vertical feet.)

3. 93 degrees is very hot when hiking.

4. 1 and a ½ water bottles are not enough for two adults.

5. Dresses and sandals are not appropriate hiking clothes.
(Yes we actually saw people dressed this way)

6. My Little Pony fruit snacks can go a long way when you need to bribe a 4 ½ year old.

7. Scotts Dairy Freeze in North Bend is great place to get something cold to drink.

Yummy Peas

It has been a slow start for solids for Ceadan. In fact he is only eating a handful of different foods. He has finally ended his strike of not eating any solid foods after being sick for several weeks.

So doesn't he seem to be enjoying his peas?

A girl should always be prepared for the weather.

You never know when you are going to need a fleece scarf on a 70 degree day.

Mariners Game

On Tuesday we went to the Mariners Game and we sat through the entire 10-1 loss. But the Moose was there so Olivia was happy! Caedan on the other hand didn't seem very excited. The highlights for Olivia are always the Moose and singing 'Take me out to the ball game.'
